It’s completely personalized, so it isn’t a course, a template, or generic advice that could apply to anyone. It’s just you and me, working through your specific business, your specific processes and your specific chaos.

This is for small business owners who have a team and real processes running, even if those processes only live in your head right now. If you’re pre-revenue or just getting your business off the ground, it isn’t the right fit yet, and the free tools on this site will serve you better.
The Sensible Systems Audit (weeks 1 and 2)
You’ll fill out a readiness assessment before we ever get on a call, so I’m not starting from zero. Then we’ll spend 90 minutes together mapping your processes and figuring out where your time is going. After that, I’ll sit side by side with you and watch how your top 3 time-consuming processes actually happen, because that’s where the real insights come from.
Your Time Back Plan (weeks 3 and 4)
I’ll turn everything we found into a written 90-day plan, with your top opportunities ranked by how much time they save and how easy they are to do. You’ll also get custom prompts for your top 3 use cases, and we’ll spend 60 minutes walking through the whole plan together so you can follow it without a tech background.
The audit and plan together are $1,997, which is the founding client rate for my first 10 clients.
The Implementation Partnership (optional, $2,997)
Some people will take that plan and run with it, which is wonderful. If you’d love some help setting it up, we’ll do it together on three weekly calls, and you’ll have at least 2 systems running in your business by the end. That could be an automated intake form, a status-update workflow, or a prompt library built into tools you already use.
